Contemporary dance freelancer trained at the National Academy of Dance in Rome. She dedicates herself to authorial dance, video dance and sharing body practices. During her studies she danced the works of E. Cosimi, A. Borriello, M. Pogliani, D. Capacci, I. Ivo, C. Anastasio, later P. Sorressa (MDC company) and M. Vanuzzi (WCO company). She then deepened her floorwork study in Berlin with S. Faran, C. Gebber, R. Guion, E. Pulak, M. Geishe and R. M. Hayden. In 2009 she became a trainer of the Gyrotonic® movement system, which she practices and teaches today at the Atelier Dinamico center in Rome. Furthermore, in 2017 she attended a basic postural course. Inspired by the principles of the different disciplines encountered on her path, she creates and coordinates Body Sharing lessons, a proposal addressed to dancers and non-dancers alike, aimed at the well-being of the person.
Recently chosen for the residency with the artist Fabio Imperiale within the Marginalia project curated by S. Sanson and promoted by Cris Continui Contemporary (November 2023). As a dancer she takes part to Table of Silence – ritual performance for peace, choreography by J. Buglisi held at Josie Robertson Plaza, Lincoln Center in New York City (September 2022). As an author she presents Studio 0 – Indagine sull’evolvere for the Essere Materia event organized by Collettivo Overlimbs, Gruppo Creativo del Peloponneso, Ex Mercato Torre Spaccata Officina della Cultura (October 2022). Chosen together with the open studio Metamorfico for VU_artist run space residenza effimera within the project VU//VETRINA VETUS URBS_ Viterbo (March 2022) in collaboration with the photographer L. Iannili and of which the publication of issue 0 of _VU photozine Nuovi Dei, Nuovi Umani.

αὐτοψία (autopsia) video dance work presented as an absolute premiere for Hangartfest – Contemporary Dance Festival 2021 directed by A. Cioffi, created as part of the Digital Interface Award with the support of Hangartfest, Civic Museums, Rossini National Museum and TE.MA Teatro Maddalena di Pesaro.
μετά (meta) video dance work published by OPERA DOMUS 7IDee+ by C. Marchetti and Artisti in Transito, winner of the Digital Interface Award – HangartFest 2020 directed by A. Cioffi. From this project she created I μετά (first meta), a performance with live music by L. Centracchio for the opening of Opera Domus d’Autunno – contemporary art exhibition at the Scuderie Aldobrandini in Frascati.
Collaborates with the artist V. Ceccato creating the video project Il tempo originale, production RO.MI Arte contemporanea Roma, included in the program of Rome Art Week 2020.
She created and danced Il mito dell’IN, performative studio accompanied by L. Centracchio (cello) as part of the project “Dormire, morire, forse sognare…” by R. Filippi presented at the Macro Asilo in Rome and subsequently for INDACO FEST 2019 | Contemporaneamente Roma.
She was the artistic director in 2019 for the work Nel mito, e oltre, a site-specific creation performed with E. Alunni (dance), G. D. Ruggiero (voice), E. Bruno (piano), L. Centracchio (cello) as part of the project “ParoleCheDanzano, Ensemble di danzAutori” conceived by S. Fuciarelli for SABATI DI ARTE E CULTURA A CAPO DI BOVE- L’Archeologia nello Spazio urbano, in collaboration with Italia Nostra, prof. A. Cipriani and with the Appia Antica Archaeological Park.
Still collaborating with ParoleCheDanzano – Ensemble di danzAutori, she created with the artist S. Fuciarelli the subject for Omaggio al Macro Asilo, a 2019 video dance project.
In the same year she composed a dance on the text La canzone di Marinella by F. De Andrè, performed with the singer-songwriter Ilenia Volpe for the event “CARO FABER – Roma canta De Andrè a Villa Ada”, directed by M. Orrico. She created and dancesd for the video project Grafene by Walter Paradiso on music by M. Basili.
In 2018 she performed for the short film Danzate l’Arancia made and produced by MEDIAPLEX ITALIA SRLU, a tribute to the artist S. Fuciarelli, directed by F. Piscitelli. She was also selected for CorpoMobile | Coreographic Platform II edition and presented the choreographic solo La nascita di Afrodite – a tribute to Loïe Fuller (II studio). In the same year she coordinated a tutoring for the crossing activity of the OPERA BIANCO company, M. Bichisao and V. Schino.
She created and performed TRANSLATE moving process against current, a short dance in collaboration with V. Zaccardi, nominated for the International Festival Nicosia Moving Images 2015, whose choreography was presented at the 99Arts Festival 2016 and finalist at the Biennale Marte Live 2017.
She won the Mò Festival 2015 with the choreography DannataMente danced with F. Formisano and presented at the Teatro dell’Acquario in Cosenza in collaboration with the Balletto di Calabria.
Selected for the Creative Residences of the project Le Relazioni Armoniche – Ferentillo and the 2015 Art Residences directed by C. Caponera, she created Fe(²) together with the musician F. Di Maio, a performance presented again at the EXPO MILANO 2015 event.
Also selected for CosiDanzi _ Residenza della Giovane Danza d’Autore II ed. directed by R. Corbel and S. Di Sabatino presenting the project CHINA IN NEUTRO (I studio) with original music by D. Balleggi, danced with F. Alterio.
From 2011 to 2022 she worked alongside director B. Verta through body training and curated choreographies for theatrical projects in classical high schools and Calabrian villages.
